Is there a real person behind this?
Yes, me. I've photographed weddings since 2006. You get regular one-on-one calls where we look at your numbers and your pricing together, plus group calls with other GoPhotoCRM photographers. I'll tell you straight when you're worth more than you charge.
Is this built on some new app that could disappear in a year?
No. Everything runs on GoHighLevel, an established CRM platform that thousands of agencies and businesses run on. Your contacts, emails, pipeline, invoices and contracts live in your own GoHighLevel account. Our tools (Wedding Central, GoPhotoSEO, your brand page) sit on top of it. We didn't build a new CRM from scratch and ask you to trust it.
What happens to my information if I leave?
It's yours. We'll help you export your contacts, couples, notes and history so you take everything with you. You're never locked in.
Do I have to learn GoHighLevel?
No. We set it up and keep it running. You answer inquiries, approve your brand page once, and use Wedding Central for your weddings. If you want to dig into GoHighLevel yourself, it's all there.
Will my emails sound like a robot?
No. Every email is written in your voice, from your own emails, reviews and website, and you approve it before it goes live.
I already use HoneyBook, Dubsado or Studio Ninja.
Keep them if you love them. The difference is the lead side: replying in a minute, follow-ups, vendor links, reviews, Google, and seeing the numbers. You can move your contracts and invoices over when you're ready, but you don't have to.
How long does setup take?
About a week. Your part is a 10-minute survey and approving your brand page.
Is this a course?
No. There's nothing to study. It's a working system that does the work: replies, follow-ups, vendor thank-yous, review and referral asks, and your weekly numbers.
Do I need any other accounts or API keys?
No API keys. Our tools are installed into your GoHighLevel account for you. GoPhotoSEO reads your Google Search Console, which we help you connect during setup.
What does it cost?
$197 a month or $1,997 a year, with everything on this site included. There's no separate charge for each tool.
